This tour will take you to an organic farm in Orasac where you will learn the ancient way of processing olives in an old mill. You’ll have a chance to talk to a local family and try their local products, snacks, and share secrets from the farmer’s life.
Afterward, you will go to the peninsula Peljesac, the most famous red wine-producing area in Croatia. Visiting the wine cellars and taste the best wines in the region and some would say in whole Croatia. You will visit Ston, and its salt works to learn about sea salt production. Then you will go on a short boat ride where you’ll pick and taste oysters from Mali Ston Bay. The reason why these oysters are probably one of the best in the world has to do with the unique and distinctive nutrient blend that naturally occurs in Mali Ston Bay.
